Our bowls are heavy weight, durable, 23gauge 304 Grade stainless steel that's dishwasher safe. After manufacture our bowls are tested for lead, mercury, and cadmium by an independent lab that is a third party accredited by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).
